These Terms and Conditions comply with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding Personal Data Protection, and all applicable Dubai Department of Economic Development regulations.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping confirmation.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not liable for delivery delays due to customs processing or events outside our control.
 

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery following UAE Consumer Protection Law.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Latas Madinat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services.
  • Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Latas Madinat and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
